Fundraising – Our fundraising challenge this term is the old favourite, butterflies! The children are making butterflies from toilet rolls and yoghurt pots this week and next. We would be very grateful if you could “feed” them with any spare change and bring them back to us in the last week of this half term (w/c 11th February).
Many thanks to those parents and carers who have filled in Gift Aid forms. If you haven’t yet, it’s not too late to do so! Please see a member of staff for a form.
New initiatives this half term – Recorder club is proving very popular. We have so far been looking at rhythms and the notes B and A, and have been having a lot of noisy fun!
We are learning a new French song this half term. It’s called “Tête, Épaules, Genoux et Pieds”, which translates as “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”. We will be performing it at our summer Leavers’ Concert.
Half term – week commencing Monday 18th February. There will be no playgroup sessions that week. Looking forward to seeing you all back the following week.
